TODAY IS A VERY BUSY DAY..

i know something is going to happen after today!
TRYING TRYING TRYING in order to avoid the thing happen!

was a peak for this morning and afternoon in my work place.
my 2nd liner get scold by an customer due to a poor explaination to him.
got screw from customer she still can laugh!
(she is not pro enuf) this caused customer even angry!
than just go off and dun bother the customer..
when the customer come to my counter,
i was nervous actually, haha.. scare i will making some more mistake!
at the end.. thing solve! customer cool down!
WHY? maybe this is wat we call relationship..
i know this customer for 2 yrs.. since i start work
this was the first time i saw him so angry..
due to no systematic or poor planning in branch..
tat caused every customer inconvinient.

sometime i really pity to customers..
they gotta stand and queue up..
but wat my colleague feel?
everytime slow and steady...
answer personal call during attending customer.
chat with customer known for longer time..
show face and not helping those buta huruf..

maybe this is culture..
hmmm.. start felt up with this place...

hope i can get a new and great job soon!
